Would you like to increase your fitness, enjoy the great outdoors and make a difference at the same time?
Run, Jog or Walk your way into fun and fitness with the Alzheimer’s Australia 'Memory Walk' with a choice of 2.5km or 5km events.
You will be helping to raise needed funds and awareness about dementia.
Once the run is over you can kick back, relax and take in the water views, along with good food and entertainment for the whole family.
This event is perfect for all ages and fitness levels, so head over to Alzheimer's Qld Memory Walk and register today.
